There She Glows Again
Find your way back to yourself—and let it show.
Hello you, and good morning 🤍
We’re having the Easter holiday in our house—maybe you are too.
I love these sacred days: everything is closed, and families spend real, present time together.
This morning, we just talked, had coffee, and enjoyed pastries from a bakery in our neighborhood that is open today.
Now, we have all the time in the world.
For laughing, for playing, for what life is all about: love and joy.
In the midst of a fast-paced everyday life, we tend to rush through the moments that, on days like these, we’re reminded to slow down and truly live. What a mistake—let’s do better.
Slow Days, Sacred Moments
Today, I would love to share a post with you about a glow-up.
I know this is a popular theme on social media, but that’s not what inspired me to explore it and share my perspective with you.
The other day, I attended my love’s birthday.
At one point, I looked in a mirror and saw myself looking happy. Glowing, again.
That glow had been gone for seasons.
Love tends to bring that spark back.
Now, I feel very loved—and I am loved.
I know a glow shouldn’t only come from romantic love. I’m aware that we also have friends and family who love us.
But for whatever reason, it took a couple of rounds before I aligned with a truly loving form of romantic love. From both sides—it’s always a tango. So maybe it’s also a matter of me having learned some important lessons, which is why I’ve manifested this love into my life.
At least, that’s what I feel and believe to be true.
When the Glow Found Me Again
So, a glow-up—what is that?
Define: glow-up
A glow-up is a transformation—visible and invisible—where you grow into a more aligned, confident, and radiant version of yourself.
It’s often seen on the outside (how you look, dress, carry yourself), but the real glow-up happens within:
how you think
how you speak to yourself
what you allow and no longer tolerate
how deeply you feel at home in who you are
A glow-up is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to yourself—with more awareness, softness, and strength.
It can be sparked by many things: healing, love, loss, new beginnings, or simply a decision to choose yourself more fully.
And sometimes, it shows up quietly—
like catching your reflection and realizing:
there she is.
What Is a Glow-Up, Really?
This morning, I posted a note saying, “There she glows again,” followed by looping affirmations.
I would love to share them with you here again:
I rise, I heal, I glow again.
I lose my light, I find it, I glow again.
I grow through it, I shine through it, I glow again.
I fall, I learn, I glow again.
I soften, I strengthen, I glow again.
I pause, I breathe, I glow again.
I break, I rebuild, I glow again.
I rest, I reset, I glow again.
I dim, I spark, I glow again.
I evolve, I expand, I glow again.
I trust the process, I trust myself, I glow again.
I release, I renew, I glow again.
I begin again, I become again, I glow again.
I wander, I return, I glow again.
I rise every time—and I glow again.
There She Glows Again
I’m a big believer in looping affirmations, and please do visit my article titled “How Looping Affirmations Can Rewire Your Mind - Rewiring self-worth, confidence, and inner calm—one repeated phrase at a time.’’, where I wrote more about it. I truly believe in the power of words and how they manifest in our minds and bodies.
Now, let’s get into it.
I’ve created a small guide on how to glow, followed by a practice that I LOVE—which I also introduced in my article “Becoming the Woman of Your Dreams - A gentle exercise to define who she is — and create a clear vision of the life she lives.”, just shared from a different perspective.
The Power of Words & Gentle Becoming
Today, we’re going to practice it (if you feel like it), focusing on us glowing.
It’s a ChatGPT prompt that first asks a couple of coaching questions, which we can then insert into the prompt.
The outcome?
A full day described as a day in our lives—glowing.
Let’s visualize it, feel it, and then create it.
I wish you so much fun.
The Short Glow Guide
Pause & Breathe
Take a deep breath. Slow down. Center yourself. Your glow starts here.Notice Your Glow
Ask yourself: When do I feel most like me?
Write or reflect on what makes you feel alive, calm, and confident.Visualize Your Radiance
Imagine a small moment—or a full day—where you feel fully aligned, confident, and glowing. See it, feel it, and let it land.Affirm It
Repeat a short affirmation that feels true:
“I am glowing from within.”
“I am aligned, confident, and radiant.”Bring It Into Action
Do one small thing today that embodies your glow—smile, move with intention, say yes to joy, or show kindness.
The Glow Practice
Take a quiet moment for yourself. No pressure—just presence.
Step 1 — Reflect
Answer gently, without overthinking:
What does my glow feel like from within?
When do I feel most like myself?
What am I ready to step into?
What do I want to feel more of in my daily life?
Step 2 — Prompt
Insert your answers into this prompt:
“Describe a full day in my life where I am fully glowing—aligned, confident, loved, and at ease. Include how I wake up, how I move through my day, how I speak, what I notice, and how I feel in my body and mind.”
Step 3 — Receive
Read what comes through slowly. Let it land.
Step 4 — Embody
Close your eyes for a moment.
Visualize it.
Feel it.
Then carry one small piece of that version of you into your day.
That’s where the glow begins. 🤍
Let’s Practice the Glow
Thank you so much for reading along.
You’re the best—and so capable.
Yes, you are.
Loop it. Affirm it.
Best,
Jasmin

Beautiful ideas!
I know the only thing I need to glow up is to finally catch a full-night sleep. But my baby's sleep regression shall pass one day, and until then things like noticing her smiles, practicing gratitude, resting when I can and learning to give up tasks that are not a priority, is what keeps me somewhat a-glow.
