Mirror, mirror on the wall…
I truly believe we can sculpt our minds.
Mirror, mirror on the wall…
I thought I’d share with you some incredibly powerful tools to boost your self-esteem, self-love, and, in general, to help you maintain a positive and loving image of yourself.
It’s called mirror work.
I know it might sound a little silly—especially while you’re doing it—but I promise you, the effect can be truly beautiful.
Here’s what it’s all about:
Stand in front of the mirror.
Look yourself in the left eye.
No brushing your teeth at the same time, no texting—no distractions.
Tell yourself that you love yourself, over and over again, for at least 5 minutes.
Do this every morning, and you’ll start to see and feel results very soon.
At one point, I did this every single day, and I combined it with loop affirmations.
You can either create your own affirmations or find some on YouTube.
I loved—and still love—listening to these regularly!
Usually, I do it when I’m on the go, in the evening, or even while I sleep.
I truly believe we can sculpt our minds.
If we’re specific and intentional about what we feed it, that input will eventually reflect back into our core belief systems.
So, make sure to feed yourself nourishing, positive, and loving words.
Try it—and let me know how it goes.

I love this!! An absolutely game changer! I did something similar but I was brushing my teeth with my left hand [I’m right handed]. I saw a YouTube clip that said brush your teeth with your opposite hand and say “I love you” 10x.
I also have a poem called “Mirror Mirror, On The Wall” so this post title instantly grabbed my attention.
Wow!!
